Cancellation Charges:
Any cancellation or alteration received after a booking is made will incur fees as follows:
From receipt of booking to 15 days prior to sailing: 20%
From 15 days to 48 hours prior to sailing: 30%
From 24 hours to 2 hours prior to sailing: 50%
From 2 hours prior to sailing onwards: 100%
Unutilised or lost tickets are not refunable under any circumstances. In addition to the ferry operator cancellation fees, an extra £30.00 is charged per cancellation.
Alteration fees are charged at £20.00 per alteration.
