Cancellation Charges:
- 10% - up to 30 days prior to departure.
- 20% - from 29 days to 48 hours prior to departure.
- 50% - from 48 hours to 1 hour prior to departure.
- 100% - Failure to join vessel at reserved departure.
In addition to the ferry operator cancellation fees, an extra £30.00 is charged per cancellation.
Alteration fees are charged at £20.00 per alteration.
