Cancellation Charges:
1. Up to 30 days prior to sailing - 10% penalty (+ fixed dues)
2. From 7 - 29 days prior to sailing - 30% penalty (+fixed dues)
3. From 2 - 6 days prior to sailing - 50% penalty (+fixed dues)
4. On the day of sailing (or no show) - 100% penalty (+fixed dues)
5. Alteration of Reservation (up to 2 days prior to sailing) - 30 EUR for each ticket and leg of journey.
In addition to the ferry operator cancellation fees, an extra £30.00 is charged per cancellation.
Alteration fees are charged at £20.00 per alteration.
