Cancellation Charges:
10% - up to 30 days prior to departure.
20% - up to 2 days prior to departure.
50% - up to the time stipulated for pre-embarkation and open tickets.
100% - every ticker issued with a special fare.
There is no reimbursement for cancellations that are made after the stipulated time (1 hour before departure). There is no reimbursement for "NO SHOW" within the time stipulated for pre-embarkation. In addition to the ferry operator cancellation fees, an extra £30.00 is charged per cancellation.
Alteration fees are charged at £20.00 per alteration.
