Viamare Ltd - Booking Conditions

Viamare Ltd. act only as agents
for the hotels, steamship companies, railroads, airlines, motor
coach companies or owners and contractors providing accommodation,
transportation or other services. All coupons, exchange orders
receipts, contracts and tickets are issued subject to any and
all tariffs, terms and other conditions under which any accommodation,
transportation or any other services whatsoever are provided
by such hotels, steamship companies, railroads, airlines or
owners or contractors. Issuance and acceptance of any such coupons,
exchange orders, receipts, contracts and tickets shall be deemed
to be consent to the further conditions.
That Viamare Ltd shall not be or become liable or responsible
for any loss, injury or damage to person, property or otherwise
in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other
services resulting directly or indirectly, from acts of God,
dangers, incident to the sea, fire breakdown in machinery or
equipment, acts of Governments or other authorities, de jure
or de facto, wars, whether declared or not, strikes, riots,
customs regulations, delays, or cancellations or change of itinerary
or schedules, or from any cause beyond the control of Viamare
Ltd., or for any loss or damage resulting from improper, or
insufficient passports, visas or other documents. Viamare Ltd.
shall not be or become liable or responsible for any additional
expense or liability sustained or incurred by the purchaser
as a result of the foregoing causes.

Pricing
|
| All the prices shown are in the currency of our operators, some in Euros and
some in Pounds Sterling. Transactions will be in Pounds Sterling to customers residing in the United Kingdom and in Euros for all other residents. The prices may vary due to exchange rates. For the current exchange rate we are using (and a Euro converter) click here.

Cancellations
|
Viamare Ltd has a cancellation
fee of £30.00 or €50.00 per booking. Any alterations
received after confirmation will bear a fee of £20.00
or €30.00 per booking. All above charges are over and above
any such charges applied by the individual ferry operators,
in accordance with their terms and conditions as stated in their
brochure.
Please note that in the case of booking your tickets with Hellenic Seaways ferry operator, all the tickets purchased will be non-refundable.

Discounts
|
| Discounts are not cumulative. The most beneficial discount to the client is
always applicable. |
Additional Charges
|
| A £20.00 / €30.00 booking fee will be applied to all bookings amounting to £100 / €150.00 or under.
Last minute bookings requested one week or less prior to sailing date that require a special postal delivery will bear a £5.00 / €7.50 fee.
Tickets are usually despatched by first class mail. Any costs resulting from
special mail deliveries, couriers etc, will be borne by the customer.
However, dispatch charges can be avoided since we can
usually arrange tickets on departure to be collected at the port
of embarkation. |
