Low Season 20% from 15 days to 7 days prior departureure. 30% from 6 days to 1 day prior departure. 50% on the day of departure. 100% for "No Show". Return Ticket cannot be cancelled after the outbound journey is checked in and the money cannot be refunded, but the Return Ticket can be transformed into an Open Date Ticket. Open Date Ticket cannot be cancelled and refunded. The ticket is valid one year from the day of issue. In addition to the ferry operator cancellation
fees, an extra £30.00 is charged per cancellation. |
