Discounts:

- 10% for senior citizens over 60 years of age, all year round, but not their vehicles.
- 10% on the domestic crossing to Crete if you hold an international ticket from Italy to Greece, all year round.
- 20% discount for Greek professors and their families, lecturing abroad (not valid during high season.
- 20 % discount for Greek employees in International Organizations or Greek Embassies, working abroad. Not valid in high season.
- 20% for youths up to 26 years of age, ONLY if travelling in ATS or deck, all year round.
- 30% discount on the return portion of a round trip ticket when outbound and inbound tickets issued simultaneously.
- 50% for children 4 to 12 years of age.
- Free for infants from 0 to 4 years of age, but they are not entitled to accommodation. When occupying a bed the discount is 50 %.
- Family Offer: 10% discount on families. For three or four person families that travel in the categories A3, AB3, A4, AB4. The discount is valid only for adults in the middle and low season, while for children between 4-12 yrs old the 50% discount is issued.
- 10 % discount on families of four or more persons that travel in the categories DECK, ATS with their car. The discount is valid only for low or middle season.
- Breakfast for 2 is included in the fare of LUX cabin categories.
- Children in cabins must be accompanied by a full fare paying adult.

Cancellation Charges:

- 20% from the time of booking until 7 days prior to sailing
- 50% from 7 to 1 day prior to sailing
- 100% on the day of departure "NO SHOW"

In addition to the ferry operator cancellation fees, an extra £30.00 is charged per cancellation.
Alteration fees are charged at £20.00 per alteration.
